Our People Ops team is looking for an Office Manager to manage all things office-related, and make sure that everything runs smoothly in our NYC office. You'll be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining and creating procedures, and proactively seeking ways to improve our office space. You will report directly to the People Operations Specialist.

NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.*

What you'll do:
  • Manage all aspects of the office's space and infrastructure planning (moves, adds, changes to workstations, repairs, etc.) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
  • Maintain appearance of common areas, organize procedures, handle correspondence, and oversee supplies and equipment
  • Manage IT equipment inventory including monitors, docking stations, HMDI cords, mice, keyboards, and chargers and place orders as necessary
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Serve as the main point of contact for food & beverage vendor, cleaning service, catering, security, superintendent, building management, etc. and manage contract and price negotiations
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist HR with planning in-house or off-site activities such as celebrations or conferences
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • 2-4 years of office management experience
  • Strong time-management and people skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and succeed through personal drive
  • Creative thinker with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus and equity
