Our Executive Recruiting team is seeking a talented, highly motivated Senior Executive Recruiter to join our rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate will possess great judgment, intuition, and will be interested in working with high growth, emerging brands.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruiting. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing high level, quality candidates to fill open roles
  • You will work closely with our Client Strategists (sales team) and handle informationally intake calls and ongoing communication with clients
  • Act as a Strategic Advisor to the clients we support and be able to communicate their brand story to potential candidates
  • Perform searches for qualified Senior to C-Level candidates according to relevant job criteria, using our database, networking, referrals, and other internet recruiting resources
  • You will and manage all candidate submittals, follow-up, coordination of interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Prepare each candidate for the interview process
THE FINE PRINT
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ in a recruiting role 
  • Customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce
