POSITION SUMMARY |
As Account Services Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue and profitability of FitJoy’s customer accounts. You will support our commercial efforts and work cross-functionally to connect Marketing/Company strategy to sales and innovation. Through maximizing sales and growing share, you will ensure our products, increase partner performance and continue to positively differentiate FitJoy from the competition. The Account Services Manager will be responsible for working with the Marketing and Sales department to meet the goals of retail partners. This position will report to the Brand Manager.
FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES |
You will maintain a promotional calendar in partnership with marketing and demand planning to ensure proper inventory levels and in-store/social marketing support are available.
You will work to expand our offerings in both G-Comm and Brick & Mortar channel.
Assist in developing growth plans and product line reviews
Interfacing with all functional areas within FitJoy and the customer
You will review and report weekly on sales data and forecasting with a focus on early identification of opportunities and challenges
You will work with the FitJoy S&OP team to develop working forecasts and accurately assist in managing inventory flow
Has a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred
2-3 years’ experience of Account Manager and/or customer relations
Up-to-date knowledge of growing trends and practices in the retail landscape
Is able to successfully interface with Grocery/eComm Channel personnel at various levels (Replenishment, Buyers, Order Specialist, Senior Management)
Has a strong ability to analyze data such as forecasts, sales trends, out of stocks, and seasonality trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe
