About The Position
The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for overseeing all of Fishbowl Spirits social and digital marketing initiatives.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Strategist will assist the SVP of Marketing and Marketing Manager with improving the current digital marketing strategies. This individual will plan, manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing for Fishbowl Spirits to effectively promote the brand’s product. 
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum (3) years’ experience in the alcohol industry and digital marketing.
  • Minimum (3) years’ experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Website Management, Google Analytics, and knowledgeable on TikTok.
  • Minimum (3) years with running digital ads
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with Photoshop
  • Self-starter that can carry and execute many projects at once
  • Outstanding team player
  • Must be able to work remotely and travel to home office when needed
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter
    • Post daily on the platform’s feed and stories
    • Interact and answer DM’s daily
    • Create a strategic plan to increase followers and engagement
    • Execute ads for each platform
    • Create a weekly plan for content
    • Execute digital targeting campaigns
  • Mange Pinterest
    • Post 8-10 pins and stories daily 
    • Execute ads
    • Knowledgeable and post stories  
    • Create a weekly plan for content 
  • Manage YouTube
    • Plan and create content for the channel
    • Knowledgeable on finding channel partners to work with 
  • Manage Website & Google Ads
    • Track trends and analytics on the website
    • Plan and monitor ongoing google ads
  • TikTok
    • Knowledgeable and up to date on the platform 
    • Understand weekly trends 
    • Knowledgeable with platform rules and regulations 
  • Ensure the brand message is consistent 
  • Stay current with digital marketing opportunities in the digital marketing world 
  • Conduct social media audits and ensure best practices are being used 
  • Work with branding team for social media assets needed on a weekly basis
  • Knowledgeable with DISCUS Laws
  • Familiar with running sweepstakes and contests and laws pertaining to them  
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing 
  • Understand website metrics and best practices
  • Assisting with other marketing projects as they arise
