About The Position
The On-Premise Central/North Florida Account Manager is an energetic, self-motivated and creative individual.
Responsible for building Fever-Tree business within the Central/North Florida on-trade, educating trade and consumers on brand attributes and developing key account relationships within the defined geography to deliver on company's sales objectives and goals.

Sales Planning and Process, Business Strategy
o   Develop and achieve sales performance targets for the Central/North Florida On-Premise channel
o   Ensure sales processes are fully implemented and practiced by all
o   Execute annual Business Plans for Top 50 On-Premise accounts within North/Central Florida. Monitor YTD progress vs. plan and monitor distributor performance against plan.
o   Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data (volume, menu growth/share, activities) provided by South East GM
o   Set expectations with key distributor personnel on distribution, activations and other sales activities within key on-premise accounts
o   Successfully implement and leverage pricing strategies into key on-premise accounts within brand guardrails
o   Responsible for communicating Fever-Tree Brands brand strategy, standards and prioritization to the distributor sales team for the on-premise business in Central/North Florida 
o   Effective communication with Fever Tree departments including National Accounts, Finance, Marketing and Operations
o   Prioritize and target product launches within set on-premise geography: pricing, inventory, execution strategy, tracking, and measurement

In Market Activities and Relationship Development
o   Participate and advise in business development matters, including sales calls, market blitzes and provide in-market Leadership to Fever-Tree Distributor Sales Teams
o   Work directly with key on premise customers regarding distribution, activation and partnership 
o   Foster and leverage strong personal relationships with all levels of distributor and account management including ownership
o   Serve as key liaison between the portfolio, distributor, manager and customers for the accounts within the coverage territory
o   Partner with and provide strategic recommendations to Trade Marketing

Financial Administrations and Analysis
o   Deliver annual sales plan and manage the local budget for Central/North Florida on-premise
o   Provide market intelligence to General Manager to perform break-even analysis on programming (as applicable)
o   Review and request point of sale as needed
o   Provide General Manager with forecasting and product allocation needs
o   Review/manage distributor spending/banks in compliance to specific contractual agreements and company guidelines
o   Communicate competitive market changes and trends to General Manager

What Success Looks Like
o   Commercial growth (exceeding goals) in on-premise accounts within territory
o   Menu presence growth (exceeding goals) in on-premise accounts within territory
o   Delivery of program activities within the on-premise environment
o   Increasing brand and category knowledge
o   “Owning” the customer relationship as primary point of contact
o   Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
o   3 – 5 years of experience in the sales or hospitality industry
o   Bar/restaurant/hotel operator or distributor experience a plus
o   Strong existing relationships with key decision makers in the on-premise as well as spirits industry network
o   Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
o   Strong budget management skills necessary
o   Deep understanding of market & industry trends
o   Ability to influence and persuade others 
o   Ability to work remotely 
o   Ability to work flexible hours and travel on an ad hoc basis including nights and weekends required
o   Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) a plus

o   Valid driver's license 
o   Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly
o   Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as business necessary
o   Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear
o   Must have close vision, distant vision, and ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision
