Wine Supplier seeking to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager for New England market.
Must be based in Boston or immediate area

Enovation Brands is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New England market. We are looking for a professional who has existing relationships with New England distributors as well as key on & off premise accounts. The position will focus on Massachusetts and manage the entire New England market that includes: Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.  We are seeking a multi tasker who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Distributor Management includes coordinating sales promotional calendar, bill backs and pricing.
Report Monthly distributor depletions and key account activity 
Design distributor sales presentations and deliver them in person and in web meetings
Managing new and existing key accounts throughout the region
Managing the sales and merchandising for the portfolio of brands
Report monthly sales activity to management
Ability to work within the distribution network and work with key accounts to establish new points of distribution 
Coordinate and manage wine tastings
Ability to travel weekly throughout the region for key account calls and work with distributor sales representatives 

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years key account sales experience required with in Massachusetts and New England markets
Proven to be results-oriented
Proven ability to manage distributors & key accounts 
Well-organized with an ability to adapt on the fly
Experience with Italian Wines and Off Premise Volume drivers
Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines
Effectively communicate/present to distributor sales teams 
An ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to work with Excel, Power Point, Word, & Distributor Diver, EIS or VIP
A working knowledge of social media and web-based applications 
Ability to lift and carry 25lbs at a time
Ability to travel overnight
Valid Drivers License 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive to the market and based on level of experience
