  • Aggressively pursue new On and Off-Premise distribution in assigned territory (Tampa/Orlando area)
  • Service existing accounts and continuously obtain re-orders
  • Work closely with distributor sales teams to ensure lead generation and follow up
  • Pitch, plan, and implement cocktail menu and bottle service placement, drink features, and promotional nights/activations
  • Secure prime stack, shelf, and POS placement at retail accounts
  • Conduct staff trainings, promotional events, and participate in consumer promotions and tastings as needed
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and points-of-distribution goals
  • Participate in market blitzes, ride-withs, and general sales meetings with distributors
  • Analyze research in assigned markets in order to identify opportunities
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity within the Wine & Spirits industry and local food & beverage scene
  • Establish and maintain assigned brand budgets
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand sales, brand management, or brand marketing
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to self manage and be highly motivated  
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring a work visa
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
  • Must maintain a professional behavior and appearance at all times
  • Must pass background check
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Salary dependent on experience: Base + Incentives
