About The Position
Dezo is a rapidly expanding Superfruit Cocktail company redefining the drinking experience. Their innovative nutrient rich cocktails have taken the east and west coasts by storm and they are looking to expand their sales teams to support and maximize the significant demand for their product. 

The Dezo team was born and raised in Boston and is where the idea for the product was originally conceived. The product today is distributed by Martignetti Companies and can be found in leading establishments such as Gillette Stadium, The Grand, Capo, The Bell in Hand Tavern, and hundreds more locations. 
Dezo is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead their Strategic Account Acquisition efforts in the Massachusetts market with a focus on; 
-       Grocery Chains
-       Liquor Chains
-       And Strategic Independents in key localities
-       3+ Years Experience selling in liquor products to MA Retail Accounts from the distributor or supplier side
-       Live in Massachusetts & own a vehicle
-       Meeting in person with buyers
-       Knowledge of wholesale distribution and operations
-       Strong Interpersonal skills and high EQ
-       Ability to negotiate fluently
-       Self starter & Problem Solver
-       High level of organizational proficiency and attention to detail
-       Able to regularly work during evenings and weekends
-       Skilled in developing and executing in-store promotions
-       Align with National Account Team on Strategic Initiatives
-       Educate accounts on the competitive advantages of Dezo 
-       Drive constant communication with accounts’ key decision makers
-       Strong knowledge of off premise KPIs, merchandising, and placement - case cards, case stacks, cold box
-       Experience working alongside distributor sales teams
