Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits currently seeks an eCommerce Administrator to support our efforts to expand our presence across the rapidly growing digital retail space. The position will also be responsible for the execution of an eCommerce "visibility" strategy which will include the ongoing maintenance of our Salsify™ solution, the implementation of any new content management solutions, and the ongoing analysis and sharing of our brands & categories' presence & performance online.

Key job responsibilities:
  • Salsify™ & Content Management
    • Serve as the primary administrator of the Salsify™ solution and support the content syndication needs from our internal Product Data Repository.
    • Develop workflows to input content in Salsify™ from our Product Data Repository. This will be a key project for next year to build the bridge between the two systems for automation.
    • Audit Salsify™ to ensure our data mapping and configurations are up to date and address any content errors or issues in Salsify™
    • Manage the e-commerce digital shelves in Salsify™ ensuring content meets retailer standards based on clearly defined metrics
    • Work with our brand teams to incorporate Enriched Content to Salsify™ for the 'below the fold' content requirements
    • Onboard new direct connections and data templates for prioritized retailers into Salsify™
    • Work with IT to evaluate and implement any new content management systems (i.e., TW&M PIM)


  • Evaluation & Analysis
    • Enable the Salsify™ Insights module and manage the ongoing reporting needs for the different internal stakeholder teams
    • Develop of a custom process, database & library of DFWS & competitive activities in the eCommerce space.
    • Design and deliver a monthly "snapshot" to Sales, Marketing and Senior Leadership of the latest news and performance updates across the eCommerce landscape; to include topline performance updates on IRI ePOS™, Drizly™, SGWS Proof™, etc.
    • Create and maintain an ongoing process of sharing content risks and opportunities to Marketing, Marketing Activation & Customer Marketing to ensure our own content remains competitive
    • Support the annual planning process by proving brand teams with information and insights required to develop brand plans and creative that will be relevant in the eCommerce channel


Requirements of the role:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required


Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of equivalent experience with database management or product information management systems (Salsify™ Preferred)
  • Experience with Product Attribute data
  • Minimum 2+ years reporting and analyzing syndicated retailer scan data (IRI/Nielsen)
  • Ability to develop and manage scope, timeline, work plan and deliverables for projects; manage incoming project requests and maintain project queue
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity with thoughtful problem-solving
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners across all levels of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency and significant experience with integrating data sources in Excel
  • Beverage Alcohol Experience Preferred
  • High energy level and enthusiasm are critical to support the fast-paced, high demand environment
