CHEERS! Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits currently seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, Atlantic who possesses the below. This position is based in the Atlantic Region (NC, VA, DC, MD, DE, NJ, RI, MA, VT, NH. ME).
The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with the Divisional Sales Leadership and organization to identify risks and opportunities based on the analysis of category/marketplace dynamics, retailer nuances and competitive threats/weaknesses. The position will drive the performance management process for their respective division including monthly and quarterly review of Divisional depletions, accounts sold, programs and IRI sales and share with a focus on overall program and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Statistics or Finance, MBA Preferred
10+ years of experience in sales analysis/planning and syndicated data analysis within a consumer products organization (Bev Alc preferred)
Solid understanding of commercial environment and dynamics (Dev Alc Preferred)
Excellent judgment and strategic thinking skills
Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data and distill into an understandable format and extract impactful and actionable insights
Must be adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Outstanding leadership skills; ability to use influence to build consensus across both leaders and peers
Provocative thinker who is courageous to share his or her thoughts regardless of the level of the audience
Must be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to identify issues/opportunities for improvement, be proactive in addressing them

Responsibilities:
- Thought leadership position, serving as first point of contact for all questions related to Division sales and share performance - requires daily communication and collaboration with GM's RMs, RCMs and TMMs
- Proactively communicate sales and program results, risks and opportunities and insights to sales leadership team to drive action
- Play a leadership role in the DFWS Annual Planning process
- Responsible for all communication, analyses and forecasting of monthly depletions for all regions and chains within coverage area
- Provide monthly analysis and recap of IRI results for key chain states
- Identify and proactively communicate market level implications of Strategic Account programming/distribution wins and losses
- Accompany sales leadership to key distributor meetings in order to better understand and/or explain business challenges
- Leverage large amounts of data to explain complex business challenges and depict explanation and solutions in a concise, easily understood format Deliver Division level ad hoc "deep dive" needs
