The Opportunity
Oyster Bay is one of the world's most successful Super Premium wine brands and has become a top 5 Import Brand over $10 and an IMPACT Hot Brand eight years running in the US market. The company has a 50-person strong, high-performance US sales team with robust distributor and key account relationships.

Reporting to the VP Sales, Division Sales Manager, you will join a high performing team that is focused on aiming high, gaining mastery and winning together. As an Area Sales Manager based in Atlanta, you will be responsible for supporting our wholesaler network, our customers in the Food and Drug channels, On-Premise and Independent Package channels for activities in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky, so frequent travel activity is required. 

About you
  • Ability to build strong bonds so you can actively seek out to develop and maintain enduring relationships with key accounts in collaboration with our distributors to achieve distribution objectives and executing programs to drive rate of sale;
  • Strong analytical and financial skills;
  • Ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and negotiation skills;
  • Around 5 years of experience within a sales environment, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, hospitality or consumer goods industry;
  • The flexibility to travel within assigned territory including overnight travel; and
  • A 4-Year college degree qualification.
