We are seeking a motivated and strategic Retention Marketing Manager to join our team to ensure that our customers continue to have exceptional experiences with our brand.
Position: Retention Manager
Role Overview: As the Retention Marketing Manager at Curie, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize all retention marketing channels, including email, SMS, subscription, and loyalty programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retention marketing strategy that aligns with Curie's brand values and goals.
- Manage and optimize the email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture and engage customers throughout their lifecycle
- Drive the growth and optimization of the subscription program, ensuring seamless sign-up, renewal, and upsell processes.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the retention strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team members to create compelling content and assets that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
- Work closely with customer support to address customer feedback, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer retention, including churn rates, customer lifetime value, and engagement metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to retention marketing and customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors who contribute to the success of retention initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in the CPG or e-commerce sector
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful email, SMS, subscription, and brand loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms including Klaviyo, Postscript, Stay.ai, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative retention strategies.
