JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join our team. This individual would be based in California, Oregon, Washington, or Colorado and will be responsible for generating sales through in-the-field activities as well as outbound calling efforts.
● B2B sales of bulk product into a variety of businesses across the hemp and cannabis industry
● Call existing customer base, build relationships, and generate sales growth
● Maintain product knowledge
● Support and execute marketing initiatives
● Active contribution in sales meetings; present trends and market insights to team
● Coordinate emerging administrative tasks
● Survey the industry and target specific accounts by utilizing published regulatory databases, trade journals/magazines, and other media outlets
● Developing the brand via Marketing
● Build relationships with cannabis growers, processors, white label businesses, and more.
● At least 4 years of B2B sales and/or sales management history
● Exceptional sales “hunter” skills
● Previous experience in the Cannabis industry
● Effective verbal and written communication skills
● Professional demeanor
● Strong time management skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Experience in Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint
● Experience with a CRM desired
● Experience utilizing sales support staff effectively
