About The Position
Overview

The Territory Sales Manager position will be responsible for building distribution and consumer traction for Casatera through sell-in, trade advocacy and brand building activation. The role primarily serves to build availability in on-and off-premise accounts. Furthermore, it is to ensure visibility in store and drive consumer velocity. The candidate must have an established network of personal contacts in the on-and off-premise arena in the target market. 

Compensation
  • Starting at $2,500/month base salary, plus bonus, depending on experience and qualification
  • Competitive commission structure based on number of accounts sold with uncapped earning potential
  • Standard mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities
Distribution and Sales
  • Achieve listing of Casatera in target on-and off-premise accounts with a minimum of 7
    account visits per day.
  • Attain on-premise visibility through back-bar presence, bar staff endorsement, menu
    placement and promotional execution.
  • Achieve off-premise in-store presence through shelf placement, brand visibility,
    merchandising and promotional activation.
  • Focus on a core list of key accounts, while identifying new opportunities in the market.
  • Execute key brand, trade and consumer events.
  • Work hand-in-hand with distribution partner.
Engagement and Influencing
  • Represent Casatera as the face of the brand in the market.
  • Establish personal relationships and advocacy for Casatera with key account owners,
    managers and bar staff.
  • Bar and sales staff trainings to build brand advocacy.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders: local trade community,
    distributor partners, influencers and local partners.
Administrative
  • Weekly pre-plans
  • Weekly recaps with sales leadership
  • Expense management
  • Staff training reporting
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience in beverage category
  • Position based in South Florida
