Job Title: eCommerce Specialist
Location: Remote / Boston Preferred
Department: Marketing

About Cantrip:
Cantrip is a THC beverage brand shaking up the way people relax, socialize, and connect. We make hemp-derived THC drinks designed to be fun, consistent, and endlessly enjoyable. With national retail partnerships, a cult following, and a team of passionate builders, we’re growing fast — and looking for sharp, curious minds to grow with us.

The Role:
We’re looking for an eCommerce Specialist to own and scale our digital storefronts. From our DTC site to marketplaces like DoorDash and Edibles.com, you’ll manage the daily operations, optimize the customer experience, and help turn casual browsers into loyal Cantrip fans.

This is a cross-functional role for someone who’s equal parts data-driven and creatively curious — someone who understands that an online store isn’t just a sales channel; it’s a storytelling engine.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Cantrip’s eCommerce store (Shopify), ensuring accurate listings, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment integrations

  • Manage all customer service inbound requests and ensure customer success.

  • Develop and execute email campaigns on a regular basis in partnership with the Creative department.

  • Launch new product drops, campaigns, and bundles in coordination with the creative, product, and marketing teams

  • Own merchandising strategy across digital channels to increase conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase

  • Analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce, CAC, LTV, etc.) and surface insights that drive action

  • Perform, manage, and optimize ad buys across paid social platforms and track insights.

  • Optimize listings and landing pages for SEO, usability, and brand storytelling

  • Partner with third-party platforms (GoPuff, Edibles.com, DoorDash, etc.) to maintain up-to-date product info, visuals, and offers

  • Identify and implement tools or A/B tests to improve UX and streamline backend operations

  • Ensure the brand voice is consistent across all digital product pages and storefronts

  • Monitor competitor digital strategy and industry eComm trends

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years experience managing an eCommerce store, ideally in CPG, beverage, or cannabis

  • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and eComm CMS platforms

  • Strong understanding of online conversion funnels and key performance metrics

  • Familiarity with cannabis compliance on online platforms is a plus (but not required)

  • Basic knowledge of paid media, SEO, and email strategy

  • Excellent attention to detail, process-oriented, and good at juggling multiple projects

  • Creative thinker with an instinct for brand and storytelling

  • Bonus points if you love beverages, are THC-curious, or can name a niche wellness trend before it hits TikTok

Perks & Benefits:

  • Remote-first team with flexible working hours

  • Employee product allowance and Cantrip gear

  • A chance to help shape a growing brand in a booming category

  • Work alongside a team of smart, irreverent, beverage-loving humans
