About The Position
The Channel Marketing Direct to Consumer Manager is an integral member of the Marketing team responsible for all coordination, planning and execution between Marketing, Delivery and Retail teams. This position owns retail and delivery.

The Channel Marketing Direct to Consumer Manager is an integral member of the Marketing team responsible for all coordination, planning and execution between Marketing, Delivery and Retail teams. This position owns retail and delivery growth, promotional and loyalty marketing programs throughout California. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is able to analyze sales results and customer data to highlight opportunities to improve sales and loyalty.

What You’ll Do
  • Implement acquisition strategy for various DTC customer demographics, focusing on CAC (customer acquisition cost) across marketing channel spend.
  • Craft and communicate a DTC promotional strategy across retail and online channels.
  • Responsible for all retail product launches, coordinating strategy and execution between Marketing and Retail teams.
  • Increase customer loyalty through rewards program.
  • Strengthen community outreach through programming with local organizations.
  • Identify gaps in brand guidelines and marketing assets to support DTC executions.
  • Develop weekly progress reports, document implementations via slide decks and spreadsheets and manage program budgets.
  • End-to-end management of all DTC marketing campaigns for launches, events, and outreach.
What You Have
  • Ability to use data to make decisions with experience in retail data and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel, Google Spreadsheets).
  • Exceptional communicator, able to work cross-functionally with a variety of people throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver, own and lead work. Self-motivated, with communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative flair with the ability to translate creative ideas into an actionable plan.
  • Open to feedback and ability to work on a team, sharing ideas and executing a strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in retail marketing, merchandising or related field.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers for data entry for 8 hours or more, some lifting, squatting, bending, some pushing and pulling.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must pass a background check with the San Jose Police Department.
