POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager will manage key day-to-day activities related to digital media execution and reporting. This role will report to the Director of Marketing and will support the activities of brand marketing, e-commerce, and shopper marketing both domestically and internationally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaign
·       Responsible for social media strategy development and agency management in conjunction with the marketing managers
·       Manage loyalty club program and promotions that includes CRM, email, and text marketing
·       Manages design, content, and upkeep of multiple websites and e-commerce as it relates to the brands’ digital strategies
·       Thinks creatively and strategically to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and drive conversion
·       Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (set by ROI and KPI), and overall strategy
·       Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spends and performance based on those insights
·       Utilizes strong analytical skills to evaluate end to end customer experiences across multiple channels, and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
·       Evaluates emerging technologies, competitor activities, and provides thought leadership and for adoption where appropriate
·       Follows and enforces legal policies and best practices for promoting alcohol beverages through digital channels

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
·       Experience working with a well-known consumer brand, approximately 3 years
·       Thorough understanding of all social media technologies, shopper marketing digital tactics/apps, website development, e-comm development
·       Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (GA) and social media analytic tools
·       Experience measuring metrics that affect website traffic, target audience and be able to make decisions for constant enhancements
·       Experience with SEO/SEM, Google AdWords
·       Experience in digital media buying and managing campaigns across a variety of channels
·       Photoshop and graphics experience
·       Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PPT)
·       Ability to create and effectively communicate analytical reports
·       Strong organizational and follow through skills
·       Accomplished in multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet multiple deadlines
·       Strong attention to detail
·       Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills plus experience with working as a team player
·       Ability to work nights and weekends if required 
·       Ability to travel on occasion
·       Additional duties as assigned
·       No felonies and must pass background screening and drug test
·       Valid driver’s license, good driving record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/OTHER:

·       Must be agile, able to lift 45 pounds, carry marketing materials, have good vision and use of physical motor skills
·       Must be able to work in an office environment primarily but periodically required to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and lighting
