In November 2014, Chef Marco Canora (2017 James Beard Award for Best Chef in NY) opened Brodo out of the pastry window in Hearth Restaurant in New York City’s East Village. Dedicated to serving delicious broths in a cup, Brodo was the first place of its kind in NYC and quickly developed a devoted following. Over the last three years, Brodo has continued to be a catalyst for the renewed consumer interest in bone broth. We respect the time-honored, global traditions that have made broth a cornerstone of nutrition and communities for generations.
We offer hot broths by the cup from our two New York retail locations and frozen broth for home through a number of channels including FreshDirect, Eataly, NYU Langone Hospital, and many more. Bone broth is high in collagen protein and loaded with nutrients. It is a great meal or snack that can improve gut health, hydrate, strengthen joints, and is good for your skin. But most of all, it is really delicious.
