What You’ll Do:
Channel Execution:
  • Plan out business by channel with distributor in conjunction with State Director, aligned with the national strategy and programming
  • Communicate, manage, and track all programs within the market
  • Directly manage top 100 On Premise and top 50 Off Premise accounts within the market as well as National Accounts
  • Conduct regular competitive price analysis to ensure Branca is on strategy
  • Work with national / regional marketing to develop local programs and identify new opportunities
  • Direct POS, feature, and display activities to ensure excellent execution and maximum effectiveness during key selling periods
Distributor Management:
  • Build strong in-house relationships with sales reps and sales managers
  • Be a strong presence at GSM’s and run them as needed 
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributor
  • Manage distributor teams to ensure flawless execution and maximum effectiveness of market activities
  • Work with key reps and management on a regular basis
National Accounts:
  • Responsible for managing / tracking compliance across all On/Off Premise Nat’l Accounts in the market
  • Build strong relationships with regional key account decision makers
 
What We Think You Need:
  • 4-8 years of distributor management, supplier experience preferred
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and influence skills
  • A self-starter, well organized with experience of the on-trade market is essential
  • The ability to work within a variety of team situations as well as working independently
  • Ability of building and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Proven track record of success increasing sales volumes within targeted accounts
