About The Position
Sales & Account Management - all matters related to Retail sales, from helping to win accounts, to coordinating and executing on promotions, to winning off-shelfs, to leading Account relationships, upselling on product lines and SKUs.
Broker Management – coordinate with brokers on Sales & Account Management.
Merchandising Management – responsible for managing our outsourced merchandising teams, analyzing the results of their visits, pushing them to improve our velocity, and communicating with their reps to answer their questions and keep them stocked with clip-strips, coupons, etc.
Field Sales Management – coordinate with 3rd party demo and other field sales companies to drive trial and velocity at key accounts.
Distributor Management – coordinate with Distributor buyers to ensure we are well stocked at our DCs; audit our Distributor chargebacks for accuracy and follow-up on any issues; coordinate with Distributor Reps to win new accounts as the case may be.
