Your New Role:

We’re seeking a Regional Sales Director who is passionate and knowledgeable to represent the highest of quality craft spirits. Distributed nationally and made in the Pacific Northwest by one of the few women owned and operated distilleries, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the next entrepreneurial success of a much-lauded brand. This role requires experience and commitment to developing and fostering all key account level relationships. You will need excellent communication and organizational skills and love to run at a fast pace. Passionate and motivated toward creating growth opportunities that hit benchmarks and produce results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CEO and other key stakeholders to strategize, execute and measure results from off and on-premises sales targets. Heavy focus currently in OR, WA, CA, and ID. Currently serving 10 states and growing
  •  Responsible for data analysis and expansion plans into new markets
  •  Develop and maintain competitive information for each marketplace both regionally and nationally
  •  Develop and execute on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
  •  Develop, maintain, and motivate strong distributor relationships as liaison to the brand
  •  Communicating and visiting regularly with all existing accounts including some restaurants and bars. 20% travel expected
  •  Conduct and attend product tasting promotional events
  •  Drive sales and brand awareness, educate off-premises personnel regarding products and pricingli>
  •  Lead and manage PR department in alignment with the agency’s 5-year strategic plan. Drive goals, contribute to large annual incentives, enroll team in department goals
  • Manage personnel, performance issues, professional development, and day-to-day activities of the PR team
  • Lead new public relations business efforts
Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry
  •  Passionate and knowledgeable about Craft Spirits industry
  •  Self-driven, organized, and flexible to work in a competitive, team first environment
  •  Strong sense of urgency, commitment and experience achieving commercial results
  •  Excellent organization and communication skills – e.g., managing and executing sales contacts, selling tools, activities, and planning
  •  Must have valid driver’s license, free of major violation in past 24 months, registered and insured vehicle and capable of getting state server’s license
  •  Remote work from home with approx. 20% travel. Preference for candidates who reside in the Pacific Northwest
