About The Position
Objective: This position is key to the continued growth and visibility of the Wine & Spirits on and off-premise accounts, territory-wide. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful sale, distribution and market share capture for the entire wine and spirits portfolio from multiple brands by executing sales strategies across a network of key accounts in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Management experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fine-wine wholesale distribution and/or importing,
- Requires extensive Wine & Spirits Sales knowledge.
- On Premise Sales Experience preferred.
- Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification Level 1 & 2 or willingness to achieve
- Superior wine and spirits knowledge combined with a commitment to continuous improvement in all facets of our business.
- A foundation of wine intelligence and the ability to train others to meet the current and anticipated needs of the marketplace.
- Work to enhance the Company’s and the industry image with its legislators.
- Maintain close contact with the retail community.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales ability with proven sales results.
- An established network of industry contacts.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence others.
- Establish and maintain a high profile with all on-premise accounts via a structured call frequency that includes compliance with ride-with and team selling standards.
- Responsible for merchandising of all products sold by Bob Hall in all on-premise account
- Monitor rotation of all products and packages to ensure freshness of product
- Orders, follows-up, and delivers promotional products as requested by retail customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and changing market and regulatory conditions.
- Solution-oriented problem solver who is well organized with special attention to details and deadlines.
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and ability to organize, lead and participate in meetings with various business contacts (suppliers, customers, etc.) and co-workers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
- Consistently demonstrates a high degree of integrity, honesty, accuracy, initiative and supports a collaborative, results-focused culture.
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in emails and Excel. Must be adaptable to learning other software, including QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Able to apply judgment to complete what may be considered less routine tasks/duties.
