JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving all volume and distribution goals for the brand through all channels of trade. This position will also be responsible for developing and executing pricing and programming strategies.
Assist in developing and implementing annual operating plan which includes financial, volume, and distribution objectives
Responsible for building and owning relationships through all levels of management with distributor + accounts
Manage depletion and distribution objectives for the retail channel
Introduce creative sales execution concepts, share across state lines/regions if successful and aspire to be a leader in best practices
