About The Position
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of all digital marketing tactics, including CRM, email, social media, web and search as well as an ability to manage agencies, and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director of Direct-to-Consumer, you will be doing the following:
  • Agency management:
  • Manage digital agency as they execute ad spends across digital tactics
  • Manage content agency as they create content for use in social media
  • Community management:
  • Own the social media presence for our lead brand
  • Respond to consumers and proactively interact with brands as our brand
  • Update page visuals and aesthetics in partnership with our internal design team and external content agency
  • Act as the internal expert on cultural relevance when necessary to guide brand activity
  • CRM and Web:
  • Maintain our consumer database
  • Build forms and emails using existing templates on an ad hoc basis to support our direct-to-consumer selling and our experiential marketing
  • Submit and manage requests for website updates as needed

  • 5 years of experience in digital, CRM, web or social marketing
  • Deep understanding of social media account management
  • Ability to write copy in brand tone and voice
  • Ability to follow cultural trends as they relate to keeping our brand and content relevant
  • Ability to manage content creation as it relates to relevance
