About The Position
Seeking experienced Category Sales Planning Analyst for cross functional role supporting Nurishh Brand Serve as the primary sales liaison between category marketing, finance, supply chain and field sales for Nurishh products
The Category Sales Planning Manager - Innovation is a cross functional role, responsible for the following: Category Sales Planning -Nurishh Brand
•Serve as the primary sales liaison between category marketing, finance, supply chain and field sales for Nurishh products
•Lead the development, implementation, and tracking of assortment, merchandising/shelving, pricing, and promotion strategy for Nurishh products
•Works collaboratively with trade finance, sales leadership, and marketing to establish commercial processes and guidelines for category trade spending
•Partners with Revenue Growth Management team to optimize brand promo activity and trade spend at the channel and customer-level
•Provides sales perspective on category volume pacing and support the monthly S&OP process by preparing key meeting inputs for key company initiatives
•Analyze key consumption and shipment trends; participate in business reviews to discuss forecast accuracy, identify issues and build strong plans
Innovation Management
Manage New Item Acceptance Tracker, training & responding to field questions, updating demand/supply planning, & summarizing volume projections + relevant commentary for monthly Demand Review meetings
•Partner with marketing innovation leads to maintain and update Innovation Spec Sheets, Ecommerce Content, & Sell In One Pagers
Translate IRI/Cassiopeia reporting on innovation in-market performance into Case Studies & Success Stories for Regional Sales Managers/Broker

Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Consumer Products with a focus on Category Management, Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Trade/Shopper Marketing, Product Innovation Launch Experience working with vegan or natural products preferred
Proven analytical skills & ability to successfully integrate different streams of information into winning propositions
Capable of building strong networks and managing cross functional relationships
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
Excellent planning and project management skills

Working Conditions: 
Work is performed largely in the head office environment.  Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week.  At times there will be some variation in work hours due to, special projects, deadlines and other concerns and the Manager, SS&P Plant base Innovation must be willing to put in the extra time & efforts to manage expectations.  Up to 20% business travel is required.
