About The Position
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the effective representation of the brand across all digital properties. The ideal candidate will oversee paid digital programming and sales growth across D2C eCommerce and Amazon through managing paid advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

  • Using a rigorous data-driven approach to understand, acquire, and retain customers
  • Defining and executing Atolla's growth plan and marketing strategy across channels, including owned (email, social), paid (ads), and earned (SEO, word of mouth)
  • Planning and executing experiments and conversion tests in order to optimize the Atolla marketing funnel
  • Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns against business goals (ROIs and KPIs)
  • Providing customer insights by combining performance data with deep understanding of user behavior
  • Optimize ads in real-time
  • Work closely with internal cross functional partners (Marketing, Customer Journey, Content Studio, & PR)

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or a related field
  • Marketing/online/electronic media experience (includes knowledge of HTML, Social Media, Ad words, and SEO); experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment is required
  • Experience working with digital and creative agencies, commissioning content for e-commerce distribution, website store management and design, and media planning, Google Analytics or other web analytics platform
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience designing and managing growth marketing campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of campaign management in Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram and Email
  • Experience developing marketing analytics reporting structures for growth marketing organizations, including tools like Google Analytics
  • Creative and empathetic, caring deeply about users and building precise target and meaningful on-brand experiences
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; extreme attention to detail
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly
