Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of eCommerce and Retention Marketing specialists, ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day activities.
- Own and coordinate digital marketing calendars across client accounts, including email and SMS campaigns, product launches, and site updates.
- Brief internal teams (creative, content, social) on digital marketing needs, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
- Review, edit, and approve digital marketing assets — including emails, SMS creatives, homepage banners, PDP content, and more.
- Oversee promotional code management for client DTC websites, including static and dynamic offers.
- Provide support for client service teams, troubleshooting digital campaign or website issues as needed.
- Lead end-to-end management of DTC email and SMS channels — including calendar development, campaign setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with external platform partners (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive) for email and SMS, and oversee automated flows, A/B testing, best practices, and optimization efforts.
- Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports analyzing email, SMS, referral programs, and overall eCommerce metrics.
- Proactively monitor and optimize key KPIs: list growth, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, AOV, and more.
- Collaborate closely with social media teams to coordinate giveaways, partnerships, and 360° brand campaigns.
- Work with operations teams to manage inventory considerations tied to DTC initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years in digital marketing in CPG
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing Email and SMS campaigns and customer journeys (hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive).
- Experience managing and developing junior-level team members.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
