Manager - Commercial Operations, National Accounts Off-Premise

  • This is a highly critical role with high visibility to senior leaders and NALT


Role Responsibilities
  • Lead all cadence in place to support the National Accounts Off-Premise team including, but not limited to:
    • Monthly financial reporting
    • Monthly programming calendar for all 30+ retailers
    • Analytics deep dive on business drivers for key customers and channels
    • NALT/ELT meeting content
    • Key initiatives to help drive Demand Creation, Share Growth and NSV Growth
    • Lead total US Execution communication to CSO for monthly meetings
    • Quarterly communication to state teams through share of business reporting for all premises inclusive of both Off and On-Premise
    • Create and own external content for meetings with distributor partners
    • Update/communicate Nielsen Momentum reporting to support sales teams
  • Compliance with published spending guidelines/budgets
  • Analyze and evaluate promotional effectiveness of sales and marketing programs
  • Lead and manage productive communication with our Marketing, Finance, State, and Distributor Partners
  • Support sales in creation of customer facing TTT content (consistency in content)
  • Support Finance Manager, National Accounts in regular ad hoc reporting/data requests from sales leadership and distributor partners
  • Support Customer Marketing in content creation for any additional brand funding requests and VAP tracking
  • Work with sales leadership, Finance, Customer Solutions (Category Management/Shopper Insights), Marketing, and special guests in developing and compiling content for NA Monthly Meetings


Qualifications & Experience
  • 4 year college degree/10+ years of experience in the Adult Beverage business
  • Proven leader with executive level experience leading people, managing distributors & large National customers
  • P+L Management
  • Extensive background of Strategic & Tactical Business Planning
  • Change agent willing to confront the brutal facts and drive business transformation
  • Ideally distributor and supplier work experience
  • Deep understanding of Multiple geographies (Chain/Control/Open/GM)
  • 50% travel
