What makes this a great opportunity?

This role is key to supporting the account team in driving projects, scope and key initiatives forward in our collective efforts to help create world famous brands. The Account Executive role assists with the day-to-day management of projects on behalf of our brands, partnering with teams across our organization to achieve stated goals and objectives. Our AE's primarily assist with delivering a variety of initiatives, from 360° engagement programs to social content to commercial tools. In addition, oversight of timelines, budgets, and estimates along with total project ownership is critical to success. Finally, the AE will learn our business from the ground floor with a clear-cut career path and tremendous opportunity for individual growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Supports team across a variety of projects types, including on-premise (bars & restaurants), off-premise (retail), digital, social and experiential
  • Follow workflow process to ensure consistent experience across all of our clients
  • Summarizes key actions from meetings and discussions
  • Translates tactical information into strategic plans
  • Develops and manages timelines and monitors project budget
  • Administers job numbers and updates accordingly in project management system
  • Develops executional briefs and takes ownership of appropriate projects - ensuring creative team has the essential information
  • Compiles and analyses relevant competitive activity for regular shareout with clients/internal team
  • Helps create case studies to track successes and inform our capabilities presentations
  • Supports financial management

  • Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with aggressive timelines
  • Eager to learn and be a student of the creative process
  • Clear communicator who can articulate points of view/thought

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2 - 4 years of advertising/marketing/in-house agency experience working on national and/or global brands
