About The Position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Snapple Bai Polar multi-brand DSD house 
  • Develop and implement annual operating plan with volume, financial, volume distribution, and strategic Goals. 
  • Accountable for developing and rolling out of go-to-market strategy  for all Channels
  • Accountable for driving topline while delivering positive ROI for trade spend at total company and customer level
  • Partner with OWNER in process of portfolio innovation and renovation
  • Responsible for pricing / Margin Goals.
  • Accountable for providing sales support to field sales organization and for providing customer feedback.
  • Participates in overall sales strategy and execution for sale of brands/products
  • Maximize sales at current accounts using VIP SOFTWARE retail execution at store level
  • Analyze consumer trends and channels to identify and maximize local market opportunities
  • Ensure brand pricing and gross profit is aligned to strategy by channel
  • Effectively manage and prioritize time in the branch and in the market meeting with customers (approximately 30% of the time is expected to be in the branch to accomplish daily check-ins & tasks with the CEO and 70% of the time in the field meeting with customers)."

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 5-7+ years of SOFT DRINK DSD experience
  • Proficient working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database,  email, and specialized business applications software.
  • Preferred Beverage (Non-Alcohol) experience 
  • Direct Account Management Experience or Business Development experience
  • Strategy development experience
  • Financial / Trade Market Reporting 
  • Experience leading complex teams
  • Retail environment knowledge
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Superior presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Goal-oriented focused, and assertive individual who needs a little direction or supervision
