THE ROLE:

The Enterprise Services Manager will be responsible for the setup and on-going configuration of all Athletic Greens internal systems. This role acts as a key partner to multiple departments, providing support by gathering information and working with cross-functional teams to monitor, triage and resolve system issues. You will be at the center of a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will be relied on to make quick, accurate decisions. You will maintain process discipline and best practices, while adhering to our internal company values and standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

SYSTEMS ADMIN / ACCOUNT PROVISIONING
  • Perform G-Suite, LastPass, AWS, OnDMARC security alert resolution.
  • Provide admin leadership of Google Workspace and associated services.

HELP DESK MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain Slack based communications and service partner coordination.
  • Serve as escalation point of contact for service partner issues.
  • Work with issue reporters to define problems and scope.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis, including incident post-mortems as required.
  • Analyze common causes/themes of service partner reported issues.
  • Investigate and propose scalable solutions to structural digital problems.
  • Provide internal SLA management and reporting.

BUSINESS TECH ONBOARDING & TRAINING
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

OPERATIONS ANALYSIS
  • Resolve escalated data/analysis/report requests for digital systems across departments.
  • Run change management through UAT, deployment, go-live, and roll-back events.
  • Complete quarterly surveys on system adoption, usage, and issues.
  • Prepare weekly updates for internal review of key KPIs.
  • Help teams to maintain KPI standards and best practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology.
  • Management skills, with a demonstrated ability to take E2E ownership of complex products.
  • A strong systems orientation, with a track record of improving and enhancing existing technologies, developing new solutions, and maintaining an awareness of and willingness to use new and emerging platforms.
  • Understanding of current regulations affecting IT operations, such as privacy, security, and data protection regulations, and application of best practices to remain compliant.
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Apple operating software, cloud-based services such as G-Suite, Mac, and PC desktop and laptop computers, and audio/video conferencing services.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once .
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
