We are looking for a self-motivated leader who is passionate about helping to build an exceptionally efficient team. This role will help oversee productivity by assessing, analyzing, strategizing and reporting productivity on multiple levels- the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.

  • Plan for resources, generate forecasts, and develop work schedules to align with our service level agreements globally.
  • Monitor volume and adjust workforce accordingly.
  • Responsible for collecting staff performance data to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Prepare workforce analysis reports.
  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
  • Manages workforce management including headcount requirements, short & long term capacity management, forecasting, AHT, shrink and projecting future hiring needs globally.
  • Develop, document and maintain workforce management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other groups internally and externally to ensure effective & efficient problem solving.
  • Generates attendance calendars and additional reporting as needed.

  • 3+ years of direct call center WFM experience.
  • Experience in multi-site call center operations in a global environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent "can-do" attitude.
  • A desire to follow broader cultural conversation across social media around key topic areas: health and wellness, sports, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
