About The Position
AriZona is seeking an Account Manager based in California. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key national accounts. And work with buying and sales teams to increase sales and productivity.
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE (Basic purpose of job)
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key national accounts.  Work with buying and sales teams to increase sales and productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
  • Manage beverage take home business; set and monitor sales targets. 
  • Manage multi-million case customers.
  • Work in tandem with field personnel; create assortment, pricing, promotional strategies, etc.
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring client’s requirements are met.
  • Ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze sales data and trends.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
  • Set and implement strategies for new products.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proven work experience as a National Account Manager
  • Solid experience in sales and customer service
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Availability to travel, as needed
  • BS Degree preferred
