About The Position
This person will serve as a key member of the sales team and will be responsible for growing relationships with our distributors and cultivating relationships with retail accounts in the market.
The Florida Area Sales Manager will interact with many distinct groups and have a wide range of responsibilities. All job details listed below are intended to support the principal goals of sharing the Archer Roose story, helping to build our brand, and driving sales within the Florida market.
DISTRIBUTORS: Routine training and education of sales personnel, working the local market together.
RETAIL ACCOUNTS: Cultivating existing relationships, building our account base, coordinating events and promotions.
Company: Attendance at sales meetings and training, team-building events, and learning about our wine & culture.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of sales experience in craft beer / wine beverage industry in the state of Florida
Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic personality
Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
Superb written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think quickly and creatively to address unique consumer situations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company in a team environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional weekends and evenings
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
