About The Position
Direct, lead, and execute digital strategies and initiatives that drive annual and long-term company and brand growth goals.
Direct, lead, and execute digital strategies and initiatives that drive annual and long-term company and brand growth goals.

Digital Strategy (30%):
  • Participate in the business and brand planning process (annual and long term)
  • Identify opportunities and develop plans and investment proposals in partnership with the CMO and Marketing/Sales teams across Corporate and Brand Digital/Social Media, E-retail and CRM, online direct to consumer opportunities
  • Implement digital strategies to support volume and profit targets
  • Provide clear executional direction to the organization and external partners 
  • Develop programs to grow brand awareness and consideration, engagement, advocacy and trial/purchase
  • within targeted markets
  • Track KPIs and measure program effectiveness
Profitability (10%):

  • Ensure A&P spend is prioritized against key strategies & relevant growth drivers
  • Make recommendations on how to optimize investment and return
Stakeholder Relationships (25%):

  • Work with Marketing (Corporate Marketing and Brand Teams), Sales (incl. Distributor & Retail partners),
  • Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to gain input and support for opportunities & priorities required to achieve plans
  • Manage/and or support Agency relationships and key deliverables  
  • Work closely with CMO to develop US market strategies that align with organizational goals and build digital capabilities and IQ across departments
Marketing Support (25%):

  • Use digital expertise to develop and implement strategies and oversee programs and promotions to drive brand growth and build image and equity
  • Partner with Brand Managers on digital/social plans including website development, media buys, social content pillars and calendars, eCommerce initiatives and CRM opportunities
  • Regular auditing and monitoring to identify best practices and optimization areas
Leadership (10%):

  • Influence cross-functionally and manage external agencies
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of brand & company goals
  • Manage A&P and T&E budgets
  • Be a leader and a brand champion across the organization


  • Marketing or Business Degree preferred
  • 8-10 years digital marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods and beverage alcohol (three-tier system). 
  • Senior-level experience with Digital Advertising and Ecommerce/Direct to Consumer strategies including spirits law compliance. 
  • Experience working with external agencies (media, social) and in partnership with Marketing & Sales teams preferred. 
  • Global Business relations a plus. 
  • Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills.   
  • Must be able to work with all levels of the organization, lead cross-functionally, and adapt to fast-moving, changing work environment. P&L management a plus.
