About The Position
This SC/GA Territory Manager will work with distributors to get our craft spirits into the hands of every customer.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic and sales driven individual who will work with our distributor’s reps to build our brand in South Carolina & Georgia.  We would prefer someone who lives in SC if possible.
An outstanding sales track record and industry experience are essential qualifications. Relationships with major on and off-premise customers in the SC/GA markets will be a significant advantage.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Visiting an average of 40-50 accounts per week 
  • Secure placement commitments to be routed directly to the distributor and to be confirmed as sales by their account reps.  
  • Conduct 2-3 tastings per week in off-premise accounts.
  • Schedule 2-3 day a month to work directly with the Distributor sales reps in your territory.
  • Work with on-premise accounts to develop cocktail menu items, promotions and brand awareness
  • Represent Six & Twenty at all sponsored events in the area (charity and otherwise)
  • Manage Key Relationships within Market     
  • Budget Management
  • Participate in overall market commercial planning such as forecasting
  • Responsible for reviewing overall market performance including Rate of Sale drivers, activations, executions
  • Collaborate with local and National Accounts On Premise
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in market to enhance long term business opportunities
  • Share best practice of local and national programs with sister markets
  • Submit activity report and monthly business reviews
  • Responsible for new product introductions within market
  • Actively identify market opportunities and move on them appropriately
  • Adopt an owners mentality in regards to on premise performance  Develop talent and capability
The role requires analytical skills, tenacity, determination, sales skills, drive, and enthusiasm. A demonstrated ability to sell and achieve goals is imperative.

Candidates must reside in or around South Carolina and be able to reach all parts of Georgia as required. This position requires you to have your own car to visit accounts across the state.
  • 2+ years' experience in beer/spirits sales
  • 2+ years' managing a distributor network or managing a sales team is a plus
  • Can travel up to 60%.
  • Excellent presentation and time management skills.
  • Someone who is an excellent at multi-tasking 
  • Passion for craft spirits and keeping it local.
  • Can move fast.
  • Plays well with others.
  • Interesting, honest, and integrity.
  • Be able to analyze sales data
  • Self-starter 
  • Be a good listener
