ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Main Responsibilities 
o   Leads on premise engagement and influence for consumers and trade 
o   Account management/relationship building in select group of accounts 
o   Enhances on-premise presence of Hennessy V.S
o   Improves Hennessy's cultural relevance and local connections
o   Event Production/Activation/Management 
o   Maintains thorough knowledge and ability to articulate across the Hennessy portfolio

Program Management
o   Drives measurable achievements for distribution and sales within the chosen select group of accounts
o   Ensures brand POS is implemented in targeted accounts to increase sell through and visibility of brand
o   Conducts tastings where applicable 

Amplification
o   PR exposure related to sponsorship and activations and ability to identify opportunities with a newsworthy angle
o   Introduces new culturally cool partners/sponsorships/opportunities every 6 months
o   Establishes and mobilizes social media communities via Twitter and Instagram to push through monthly messaging content and brand imagery
       
Relationship Management
o   Collaborates and communicates with local Moet BDMs and Sales Teams to drive Hennessy V.S. 
o   Works with regional sales (BDMs) and marketing teams (Experiential Marketing Director and Brand Leads) to develop accounts into true brand partners
o   Utilizes regional marketing teams as a resource for brand specific marketing and events to offer accounts
o   Works closely with Regional SG field teams to ensure streamlined and efficient communication within the target account list.
o   Establishes daily communication protocol with SG Director on all activations levels 

Budget and Legal Management
o   Plans, forecasts and manages program budgets for all TH activations
o   Proposes budget phasing to align with key selling periods
o   Ensures activations follow legal protocols and comply with MH Code of conduct prior to execution
o   Ensures all activations remain in budget and meet KPIs

Asset Management
o   Manages activation documents via SharePoint and SG portal
o   Manages POS allocations and inventory
o   Utilizes resources and program templates available via Dropbox
o   Uses sales tools to increase consumer engagements, conversion and consumption 

Report Management
o   Trained on SG portal which tracks real time event data – recaps TH activations within 24 hours on SG Portal 
o   Provides weekly budget tracker, calendar and program updates to SG headquarters
o   Provides market updates via Team Hennessy weekly call
o   Provides account performance and budget reviews on monthly BDM call
o   Collaborates with Moet and Hennessy Brand Teams, PR agencies and SG headquarters to develop a streamlined process for reporting on consumer activities, trends, drinking patterns, peak selling opportunities and competitive intel

QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven network in high energy modern exclusive accounts (e.g. The high-end volume driving: Marquee NY, LIV Miami) and lifestyle accounts
o   Celebrity
o   Fashion
o   Music 
o   Sports 

-Proven track record of driving business in targeted accounts
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
-Relationship enhancement with key accounts
-Has the network and ability to curate celebrity hosting
-Ability to train staff on brand / sub-brands 
-Keen sponsorship assessment to determine best opportunities for Hennessy V.S. 
-Seen in market as a cultural connector


EDUCATION AND CRITERIA REQUIREMENTS
·       Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience required
·       Minimum of 5-7 years nightlife experience in business to business environment 
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
