About The Position
Experienced sales lead who will be responsible for building out local sales strategy for an up and coming niche brand through the implementation of off and on premise sales tactics, distribution team management and key account entry.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Align with management sales goals and develop annual sales plan, go to market approach and sales strategy for an upcoming brand in the South Florida market 

  • Report to management on defined objectives 

  • Build relationships with top customers within territory and maintain regular appointment schedule and service 

  • Work closely with distributors in assigned territory 

  • Plan and executing market blitz’s as necessary 

  • Plan and execute tastings and promotions in both On and Off premise channels 

  • Managing distribution sales incentives and programmers 

  • Work with marketing resources to develop marketing plans for assigned territories and ensure they run in tandem with sales approach 

  • Keeps information on competitive products, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing 

  • policies. Informs company of competitive activity and conditions that would affect company interests. promotions. 

  • Maintains, Tracks and budgets expense account in accordance with monthly budgets and programs. 

  • This position is responsible for working with sales reps in targeted regions 

  • This position will report to the President 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education – BA from an accredited college 

  • Proven experience as a sales manager 

  • Bilingual preferred (Fluent in English & Spanish) 

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills 

  • Previous experience with new brands is preferred 

  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills 

  • Understanding of the South Florida marketing 

  • Key relationships with top accounts in both on and off premise channels 

  • Previous experience working with distributor teams 

  • Previous experience leading and incentivizing a team of sales reps 

  • Previous knowledge of aguardiente or similar products a plus
