About The Position
A highly motivated Regional SoCal Sales Tea(m) Lead to support sales development for our new portfolio of Boozy Tea in Southern California.

ABOUT OWL’S BREW:
 
Owl’s Brew Boozy Tea was founded by Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield, and will launch in 2019.  Our organic teas are spiked and sparkling.  Tea is the newest addition to the “better for you” set that is currently being built out as a beer adjacency.   Our Boozy Teas sit on the shelf next to brands like Spiked Seltzer, Truly, White Claw and hard kombuchas.   In SoCal, Boozy Tea will launch at Ralph’s, Von’s/Albertson’s, among others in spring 2019.
 
Our sister company is tea-based Owl’s Brew Mixer, founded in 2013.  Owl’s Brew Mixers may be found at Whole Foods, Total Wine, Fairway Market, BevMo, Kimpton Hotels, and Thompson Hotels, among others. 
 
We are looking for:  A highly motivated Regional SoCal Sales Tea(m) Lead to support sales development in Southern California.  Our focus markets are DTLA, beach towns (Venice, Santa Monica, etc.), Orange County, and San Diego.  The successful applicant must have a background in sales, preferably in the beer or liquor industry. This applicant must be an independent self-starter and must reside within Southern California.  
 
Job Description 
 
•       In-market activity including
•       Working towards placement goals in target markets
•       Key account management (account visits, demos, on-premise samplings & events)
•       Ride-withs with wholesaler Reps
•       Crew Drive coordination
•       Wholesaler Management including
•       Creates, presents, and tracks sales incentive programs to wholesalers
•       Monitors inventory & sales volume goals for wholesalers within market
•       Presents new brands and marketing strategies to wholesalers
•       Sampling at chain accounts in focus markets
•       Scheduling sampling at chains and/or key accounts
•       Admin days include:
•       Maintains accurate information and sales data in LilyPad and Nutshell
•       Gap reports and data analysis in ViP
•       Must meet or exceed mutually agreed upon performance goals (KPIs)
 
Job Requirements: 

•       College Degree
•       4-8 years experience in Sales or Promotions in beer industry
•       Organized, self-disciplined, resourceful, detail oriented & sociable
•       Must have the ability to lift and move 35 lbs. cases of beer
•       Must live in defined territory
•     Valid and clean driver’s license, registration & insurance as well as a reliable vehicle to travel to various markets
