The Sales and Distribution Rep will work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Manager to ensure that the brand is represented accurately, and that the company is constantly driving towards our mission: “to transport drinkers to a reverent state of mind that inspires adventure, curiosity, and happiness.”

3 Requirements for the Role
  • You have sold alcohol in Texas 
  • You are a fantastic communicator (verbal and written)
  • You are driven to achieve without daily management
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Initiates and monitors assigned leads
  • Maintains and participates in active sales solicitation program
  • Evaluates trends within assigned markets
  • Participates in key industry organization events, and attends assigned trade shows
  • In conjunction with the Sales Director, establishes goals and objectives for area of responsibility that are in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and develops action plans to attain them
  • Evaluates area of responsibility for continuous improvement opportunities and develops plans to implement process improvements
  • Attends staff meetings on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement tactics and strategies for sales team
  • Assist in training existing and new team members
Qualifications and Skills
  • Alcoholic beverage sales experience in Texas
  • Knowledge of the DFW market
  • Proven track record of healthy sales and growth
  • Ability to relocate to Dallas area
  • Military veterans strongly encouraged to apply
