We are looking for a high energy, hardworking, passionate, optimistic team player, to assist the Sales & Marketing team. This person will be responsible for working with our broker partners to drive profitable sales, and product awareness in their respective region.  The Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager is a quota-carrying position and will cover a multi-state territory. This person will work closely with the experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator and report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. 

Who are you:
  • You are college educated with 5 years’ sales experience in the CPG industry.
  • You have an understanding of the roles/relationships of a manufacturer, food broker, distributor, and retailer 
  • You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong work ethic
  • You have the ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • You have ability to travel when required approximately 25% of the time
  • You have excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
What you will be responsible for:
  • Regional Sales Planning
  • Exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with existing local and national retailers and distributors throughout your region. 
  • Provide timely a analysis on your daily calls and market visits
  • Respond to the changing marketplace and recommend new programs - packaging - products
  • Explore alternative sales markets for incremental company growth
