About The Position
The Field Marketing Manager - Austin will spearhead the marketing strategy for the Seattle market and manage field and event marketing and collaborate with sales to drive trial and awareness of GT's Kombucha.
This individual will spearhead the marketing strategy for the Austin market and manage event marketing from start through execution.  These field marketing initiatives will be in alignment with GT’s Living Foods’ brand strategies while maintaining local relevance to the Austin market.  The Field Marketing Manager works closely with Marketing HQ and their Field Marketing counterparts to lead day to day event planning and management for the entire line up of GT’s Living Foods brands.  This will involve event scheduling, planning and set up, networking to identify appropriate local events, development of the brand in off premise channel, brand/product education.

•Manage local lifestyle events at various venues with a focus on our marketing pillars.
•Identify key events and partners with brand aligned companies in order to spread awareness and brand distinction of GT’s Living Foods and our products.
•Develop local influencer relationships with relevant brand synergies in order to offer a credible voice for our brand and drive word of mouth.
•Work in synergy with other departments including social/digital, PR, and sales to cultivate and amplify brand opportunities
•Support national brand and innovation campaigns by bringing campaigns to life in the Austin through social/digital, brand marketing, sampling and event marketing.
•In field event support execution required for tent pole events.
•Manage Field Team Lead, offering them proper leadership and guidance to set them and their brand ambassador team up for success.
•Support the Field Team Lead in their development of local sampling/demo strategies and coordination in order to bring new consumers in to the Kombucha category and spread awareness of GT’s brands and products.
•With Field Team Lead, ensure seamless and consistent execution of in store demos across brand ambassador team. This includes proper display of product and educational materials. 
•With Field Team Lead, ensure all vehicles and assets are properly maintained, cleaned and in pristine condition for any event or activity.
•Be responsible in sourcing key tools and materials for demos/events as well as assist with the evolution of our demo and event aesthetic.
•Create detailed event recaps including success stories, key learnings and areas for improvement post events to ensure ROI.

•A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Marketing or related experience with at least two (2) years’ experience at the supervisor and/or manager level, OR
•Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in Marketing or related field
•One-year experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment preferred.

•Basic Accounting Knowledge & Experience Required
•Excellent written, organizational, critical thinking/analytical, problem solving/troubleshooting, and communication/interpersonal skills
•Able to set and meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines. 
•Be able to lift up to 25 lbs. 
•Be dynamic and able to juggle multiple tasks
