Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Manage all business plans for the territory’s distribution: planning, inventory, P&L, identifying new business to increase distribution and meet sales goals
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities and taking appropriate action
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to successfully launch and grow sales 
  • Create monthly sales goals by door for the region, analyze trends then take appropriate action
  • Build and manage field sales team, which includes: hiring, training business managers within budget  
  • Partner with sales and marketing departments to develop materials and training modules along with educating retail staff
  • Work with Counter Managers and Store Leadership to implement strategies to drive the business at each point of sale.
  • Review sales goals by door weekly and monthly, communicate to staff and management needed
  • Manage merchandising – fixtures, fixture updates and testers replenishment with Visual Merchandising team 
  • Regularly meet and form productive business relationships with Retailers
Job Requirements 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience required 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook and MS-Office is necessary – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel and work weekends as necessary
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Firm understanding of International pricing and sales structure 
  • Strong cross-cultural, international sales experience
  • Proven record of problem solving and decision making skills+
