Our industry-specific divisions BevForce, FoodForce, BeautyForce, and HerbForce offer executive search services, board of director assembly, and a digital job board. 
 
BevForce & FoodForce — our beverage and food divisions are looking for an ambitious business development leader to sell our executive search service. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, food and non-alcoholic beverage sales experience, and a desire to grow the BevForce & FoodForce division in Northern California. Based in the San Francisco Metro Area, this role will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team of industry-specialized Client Strategists and Executive Recruiters.

  2. Sales experience & training; proven client management success.
  3. Experience in food and non-alcoholic beverage- brand, agency or media sales.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Sales. You will be responsible for bringing in business for our executive search service. You will collaborate with our Executive Recruiters to ensure your clients are receiving quality candidates to fill the role(s) and will be responsible for the overall management of each client account.
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients and grow existing partnerships in the beauty & wellness space -brands, agencies, associations, distributors (some retail).
  • Managing your workflow using SalesForce.
  • Attending trade shows and trade events in the Beverage and Food/CPG space to help create and maintain client partnerships.
THE FINE PRINT: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Reside within Southern California/Los Angeles
  • 3-5 years’ sales/marketing/business development experience in the Beverage & Food industry
  • Proven track record of penetrating all levels and functions of a company
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of accounts
  • Customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SalesForce
  • BONUS POINTS: Experience in Recruitment Industry
