Our industry-specific divisions BevForce, FoodForce, BeautyForce, and HerbForce offer executive search services, board of director assembly, and a digital job board. 
 
HerbForce — our cannabis division is looking for an ambitious business development leader to sell our executive search service. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, cannabis experience, and a desire to grow the HerbForce division on the East Coast. Based in New York City, this role will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team of industry-specialized Client Strategists and Executive Recruiters.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Sales. You will be responsible for bringing in business for our executive search service. You will collaborate with our Executive Recruiters to ensure your clients are receiving quality candidates to fill the role(s) and will be responsible for the overall management of each client account.
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients and grow existing partnerships in the cannabis space -brands, agencies, associations, distributors (some retail).
  • Managing your workflow using SalesForce.
  • Attending trade shows and trade events in the Cannabis/CPG space to help create and maintain client partnerships.
THE FINE PRINT: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Reside within commuting distance to New York City
  • 3-5 years’ sales/marketing/business development experience in the CPG industry, with at least 1-2 years of experience in the cannabis industry
  • Proven track record of penetrating all levels and functions of a company
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of accounts
  • Customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SalesForce
  • BONUS POINTS: Experience in Recruitment Industry
