Most everyone at ForceBrands will agree that when it comes to company perks, ForceBrands offers some of the best out there.

According to ForceBrands’ 2019 Talent Market Report (read the main insights here and download your free copy here), modern workplaces are continually updating their employee benefits packages and introducing new perks to attract and retain top talent. And ForceBrands is no exception.

Open workplaces, energetic music in the background, and the freedom to work from pretty much any location in the office? Check. Abundant snacks and drinks (cold brew and craft beer on tap)? Check.

But flexibility and an endless assortment of some of the most popular drinks and snacks out there are just the beginning. Read on to learn about some of the top benefits ForceBrands has to offer its nearly 70 employees.

1. Dogs allowed
No need to find a dog sitter. While some offices offer pet care, ForceBrands’ offices are dog-friendly. This means you can bring your dog with you to work without worrying about leaving them home alone.

2. Snacks 2.0
In addition to the snack bar, ForceBrands also hosts weekly snack days on Wednesdays, which is when an employee volunteers to make or bring a snack in for the team to enjoy. “The employee gets reimbursed up to $35 if they do the snack day on their own and $50 if they partner up with someone,” says Kalina O’Donnell, Human Resources Manager at ForceBrands. Team members have previously brought in and shared snacks that range from baked goods like cookies to savory dips and even oysters and champagne.

3. Party like it’s your birthday
Let’s be honest: no one really wants to be stuck in the office on their birthday. That’s why ForceBrands allows its employees to take their birthdays off and celebrate however they’d like.

4. Force Fridays are better than your regular Fridays
“Thank God it’s Friday” at ForceBrands has a new flavor every week. Employees have an extra reason to be excited about the last day of the workweek because they are getting some delicious meals ordered in (all based on survey results they submitted earlier in the week). From noodles, sushi, to falafel — no ‘free-lunch-Friday’ is the same.

5. Half-days every month
At ForceBrands, we believe in work-life balance. That is why ForceBrands’ employees are given a half-day they’re allotted to take on any day each month. Here’s to longer weekends!

6. Be well
ForceBrands cares about more than just its employees’ performance. That’s why its Wellness Program provides gym and class reimbursement and a discount and $15 off on the ClassPass Corporate Program.

7. Work hard, play hard
ForceBrands joins ZogSports, America’s most popular social sports community, a few times each year, meeting once every week for about 6-8 weeks. Employees have played volleyball, beach volleyball, bowling, kickball, and dodgeball in the past. Team sports are a great way to build friendships within the company and encourage team bonding.

8. Team spirit
In addition to playing sports, there are quarterly team building events at ForceBrands. Some past examples include a scavenger hunt, a flip cup charade, a day at Six Flags, a beer pong tournament, and a trivia night.

9. Extensive coverage
ForceBrands offers medical, dental, and vision insurances to its employees for as little as $1.00 a month. In addition, there are short- and long-term disability leave policies, paid family leave policies, as well as 15 days for vacations, sick days, or personal days off.

10. Holidays for days
At ForceBrands, there are 11 paid holidays and one floating holiday, which is a day off an employee can use on any day that ForceBrands doesn’t already observe.
