Established in 2002, Nutrabolt is the world’s largest independently held sports nutrition company and the creator of America’s No. 1 pre-workout brand, C4. They also own the world’s No. 1 BCAA recovery brand, XTEND.
From their early beginnings in a two-bedroom duplex in Bryan, Texas, to their now global workforce of 237 employees, the company has seen incredible growth over the years — success they attribute to both their incredible team and customers.

“Being remote, the most rewarding part about my role is seeing the success of constant collaboration and pre-planning that goes into most of our team’s tasks,” Aaron Sorelle, Regional Director, Beverage – North East, said. “Whether it’s an upcoming trade show we’re coordinating, or putting together a crew drive with 10-15 people in the market, there is a lot of exciting prep work and networking that comes along with it. It’s truly a rewarding feeling when you work hard on masterminding these events with your own teammates along with partner companies and get to see it all come together at the end. Often, I find I’m a little sad that it’s over so quickly, but it makes you look forward to making the next project a huge success.”
What’s Ahead for Nutrabolt
Even though they’ve been around since 2002, Nutrabolt’s team will be the first to tell you that they feel like they’re just getting started. Since its inception, Nutrabolt has experienced explosive growth with its original C4 pre-workout powder in more than 110 countries.
In May 2018, they released a carbonated performance energy drink called C4 Original On-The-Go, and expect to see continued growth across new channels. Their goal is to expand the boundaries of the traditional health and fitness spaces, and ultimately bring fitness and performance products to new customers who want better-for-you options. They hope that C4 On-the-Go will dominate drink coolers across the world as more and more people combine fitness with their on-the-go lifestyles.
This fall, Nutrabolt will relocate its current headquarters to Austin, Texas.
