Top 10 CPG Employee Benefits to Expect in 2020

It’s no secret that the working world is changing. As technologies evolve and millennials and Gen Zers replace Baby Boomers and Gen Xers as the largest generations in the workforce, it’s become more clear that work itself is about to undergo a fundamental shift.

One area in particular where this shift is evident is in the benefits companies are offering their employees. Millennials and Gen Zers have different values and priorities than the generations before them. As such, the things they’re looking for in a company are different.
