About The Position

Purpose:  This position is responsible for management of consumer data, creating customer lifetime value, decile and cohort models, analyzing data and developing insights to drive strategic business decisions.    

 Responsibilities

  • Develop methodology for lifecycle, life time value, churn and retention models
  • Interrupt data to formulate customer insights to drive strategic business goals
  • Establish data and prioritize data collection across Enterprise and work with customer database and CRM software partner
  • Develop customer segmentation for loyalty and catalog programs
  • Rigorous monitoring and evaluation of CRM campaigns and activities in order to measure ROI and enable continuous improvement in consumer acquisition and retention initiatives

 Requirements and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Strong data analytics including decile, regression, churn and cohort modeling
  • Above average strategic thinking
  • Outstanding communications skills – both oral and written – including presentation skills to executive leadership
  • SQL skills a must
  • Intermediate to expert level skill in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Knowledge:

  • Customer Marketing analytics with expertise in digital marketing, loyalty program and direct marketing including catalog
  • Loyalty Program measurement and reporting
  • Direct marketing including catalog
  • Database marketing A/B testing

Experience: 

  • 7-10 years in a consumer marketing analytical role
  • MBA preferred
