About The Position

The Role:
Seedlip is a range of the world’s first Distilled Non-alcoholic Spirits, created to solve the dilemma of ‘what to drink when you’re not drinking’. 
The US Ecommerce & Digital Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Performance Marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions via the seedlipdrinks.com US website and other key ecommerce partners.
This includes, but is not limited to, maximising sales through the following channels and activity:

 - Paid Search (Adwords, Google Shopping, GDN)
 - Display & Programmatic
- Email Marketing (Retargeting & Conversion Campaigns)
 - Social Media Marketing (&  management of Paid Social Agency relationship)
- Affiliates
 - Amazon Marketing Services (AMS and AMG/AAP to maximise Seedlip sales via Amazon)
You will report in to the Head of Ecommerce to ensure that US Ecommerce sales targets are met, and together strategize ways in which to quickly react and turn on digital activity to meet any sales deficit. You will be responsible for campaign tracking, price monitoring & monthly reporting, to share with global teams.
The role will also involve managing relationships with any USA ecommerce account partners (especially Amazon.com and Food52.com) and liaising with the US Head of Sales around any pricing inconsistencies.
The role requires a close working relationship with the US Head of Marketing to ensure aligned sales strategy & that digital support is in place for any key offline marketing activity or partnerships, and when requesting creative assets and copy for performance campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in product performance marketing and looking for a step up & exciting new challenge.

Essential experience: 
~ 4+ years’ experience of Performance Marketing for a brand or company with direct to consumer ecommerce. Ideally previous experience working with a start-up or FMCG. Agency candidates also considered.
 ~ Knowledge of the key digital channels and how to accelerate campaigns to drive online sales (accepted that certain channel experience may be more advanced than others).
~ Experienced in managing budgets and external agency and vendor partners.
